Frequently Asked Questions - WMCPA

The Membership year is from June 1 through May 31 and membership fees are due in September. Please see the Membership Page for online and mail in registration/payment information.  Membership guarantees a reduced rate at monthly meetings and the annual Spring Conference, but you do not need to be a member to attend either.

In addition to reduced monthly dinner meeting fees, members receive a significant reduction in technical seminar registration fees. In recent years, savings for one person attending the technical conference for 2 days, at the member rate, equaled the annual membership fee. Also, if interested, members of WMCPA may use our Common membership number (#95107) when registering for Common's events, in lieu of joining Common. Another benefit recently offered to members was a discount to RPG Summit Oct 2009.

Registration is available online or via the membership form.

Payments are accepted online at the time of registration via paypal or you may pay at the door with cash or check (Meeting Registration must be mailed in).  Credit cards can NOT be used at the door.

Please be sure to register via the Web or mail by Friday of the week preceding the meeting.  Members pay a reduced rate, but you do not need to be a memeber to attend meetings.

Dinner meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month, September through May, with the exception of the Annual Spring Technical Conference, which will be a two-day even with a bonus day available for two-day attendees.

The meetings are currently scheduled to be held at Alioto's Restaurant and Klemmer's Banquet Center.  See meeting details for location.

If you encounter any problem, please contact the Webmaster with details.
